Tai chi is relaxing! A low impact exercise that can lead to continuous health and longevity. A relaxed strength is key to promoting and preserving clarity of mind. To exercise the body in slow, smooth and continuous movements is the root of Taichi. Therfore Tai chi is a low impact exercises which is enjoyable, invigorating and suitable to people of all ages.
The flow of continuous exercises can also be called Qigong. A little diferent than Taichi! Qigong, is the art of disciplining the body through exercising proper spinal posture and deep breathing. Spinal stability and deep breathing can promote a quiet mind. Qigong is a time treasured mindful activity, revered for its ability to help maintaining good health. Certainly a good stress management exercise!
Regulating posture, deep breathing and calmness of mind requires the essential observation of daily exercise, proper rest and good mental fitness.
